Certification Fees:
IAQA members: $300 Non-IAQA members: $400

Certification fees are required prior to taking examinations.

NOTE: Until July 1, 2009 (the end of the "grandfather" period), certification fees for the CIAQM program are $200 for IAQA members and $300 for non-IAQA members.

All certification fees include a non-refundable $100 processing fee.
Re-certification Fees:
IAQA members: $300 Non-IAQA members: $350

Re-certification is for two-year periods and requires documentation of continuing education.

Re-examination Fees:

$100 for those who failed a previous examination.
Penalties:

$50 for late re-certification

May be waived in cases of documented active military duty or medical issues.
Emeritus (Retired) Status:

$50 for any certified individual who is at least 62 years of age may apply for emeritus status in their designation as long as he/she is no longer actively engaged in professional practice.

A photocopy of a current drivers’ license must accompany the request for Emeritus status.

Continuing education is not required.
